Refund policy
At Woodworks Tampa Bay, we strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. However, please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase decisions before placing an order, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences or buyer's remorse. We recommend reviewing product descriptions, specifications, and consulting our customer support team for any clarifications to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We warrant that all products will be free of any material defects and/or flaws in workmanship. Returns will only be accepted for products either damaged upon receipt, or any products received with any material defects or flaws in workmanship.
To request a return, you must first contact us at woodworkstampabay@gmail.com. We will require a description of the reason for the return along with supporting photographic documentation. Upon receipt of that information, if your return is accepted we will then issue you a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and provide return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive confirmation that your return has been shipped, we will process a replacement order for that item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect the packaging of your order upon receipt to identify potential shipping damages. If the packaging appears damaged please note that on the Shipping companies document before signing to accept the delivery. Once the packaging is received and opened, please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
All returns will be exchanged for the identical replacement item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the event we can no longer offer the identical replacement product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
